Viking Moses, "Crosses"

I urge you to find the studio version of this song. It's on this compilation which may be very difficult to find. However, if you do find it, you will be rewarded.

What he's saying is, "Without love, life is gone. Without life, love goes on and on."

Very cool DT - this is the kind of music I can get behind. I have never heard of Viking Moses, but this certainly warrants further investigation. My sister has a bunch of Devendra Banhart stuff, so I'll see if she has this one in the collection.

Noisy,

Glad you like.

DB is good but I find him inconsistent. Vetiver is better. I'll try to post some Vetiver... see if she has the first Vetiver album for you to borrow. It's great.

Anyway, the non-live version of this song is more like a chant than a rocker. Personally, I like the chant better, but it's good live as well.

Thanks for listening/reading,

She actually sent me a Vetiver cd a couple years back, but I don't recall the name. I need to break it out again.

Then it was the first one. Excellent album. I think it was just called Vetiver.

She knows what's up! That's great!

Maybe she needs to start a music blog so I can poach ideas from her...
