Esignal Customer Service Sucks

Been on the phone with Esignal all morning.

They suck.

In the end, they told me to close down the program, turn off my computer, and turn it back on again.

It still doesn't work.

Perhaps they should spend less on their advertising and more on their customer service representatives.
