Ah, honorable Dinosaur, this post speaks my language deeply. I am thanking you for sharing this and bringing simple joy to my day today.
(I can just see you practicing your mindfulness as you enjoy sipping your tea and shuffling through the house in your Ugg slippers!)

I saw Thich Nhat Hanh at a local Buddhist monastery a few years ago. Went for a class and practiced walking mindfully and smiling mindfully and all that jazz. At the end of the day I had to take a break from all of the mindfulness and blow something up.
Cool guy.
I am currently reading "The Miracle Of Mindfulness" - I have read several of his books and I highly recommend them.
I've read some Pema Chodron and Eckart Tolle this last year and liked them both.
I find it's a constant challenge to keep centered, especially with this job, and find these writings helpful.
It's always useful to simplify.

Must be in the air.
I'm working on Wherever You Go There You Are - Mindfulness Meditation In Everyday Life (Thanks StockRookie).
I had a +1 for my AI yesterday because I focused on looking at the positive of whatever I was thinking about in each of my "now moments."
Hard because it's not a habit...yet.
