Take it easy, DT. Maybe his wife isn't performing? Besides, if he didn't "transport someone between states for the purpose of prostitution", FBI wouldn't have bothered. I feel sorry for the guy.
If even otherwise decent, law-abiding people can't follow a law, then the problem is the law, not the action.
Get rid of laws prohibiting prostitution, drug use, personal copyright infringement (downloading music), and gambling. Condemn them all you want as immoral, but drop the legislation.
As far as I see it, the only big deal is that he broke the law. The law he broke was a stupid one and I couldn't give a crap about it, but he was a lawyer so just 'cause he broke a stupid law, his career could be over. That's the big shame.
No, the problem I have is that I'm sick of politicians presenting themselves as perfect until their caught! I'm not making a statement about the law (I know nothing about prostitution laws other than it's okay in Nevada... not like I've ever been to Nevada) I'm just saying I'm sick of politicians.
They're too powerful and they don't deserve the power because they're mostly just like the rest of us dumb fucks, just with better connections and PR teams.
Meanwhile, since I'm commenting, hope all is well and thanks to everyone who commented nicely on my "hiatus" post.
It would be financially irresponsible and perhaps unhealthy for you to trade like I do. This blog is for entertainment purposes only. I am a trader not an investor. I don't make recommendations. Thanks, have fun here.

Besides, he's a great guy for standing up to the big crooks.
Obama too, probably.

Somebody'll spell it right.
Jake,
You were finally right about something! I spelled "hypocrite" wrong.
No surprise you know how to spell that word.

Jake: Do you mean to say, "somebody will spell it correctly"?
DT: Thanks for letting us all know you're alive and well, even if it took Spitzer's hypocrisy to compel you. What do you think of Ferraro's comments?
Just dropping by, i see your site is still gay.

11 days DT? Not bad. I thought you'd crack in two. Anyway I'm back at the office, I'll work on getting skype up and running again.
