Yoga That Everyone Can Enjoy
I don't have any great post ready right now, and since it's the weekend and I feel like relaxing, I figured I would just throw up this video of a hot chick doing yoga.
Completely gratuitous and cheap, I know, but worthwhile.

I tried the cactus pose from this video and found it very relaxing. It's nice to take a break in between trades and stretch/relax with yoga poses.
I can use these relaxation techniques after dealing with Cablevision. We're in the process of switching over our Verizon voice service. I have spent so much time on the phone with Cablevision trying to straighten out their order process it's almost laughable.
Ok, enough venting, time for another round of cactus pose.
