I enjoyed the video. I saved my Wall Street Journal from 10/19/87 and I pull it out and read it once in awhile in order to stay "grounded". I remember the day like it was yesterday. Program trading didn't save "them" then and the complex derivatives these days won't save "them" today.
I was just a kid really and didn't care about anything else but baseball cards. I would love to find more footage, but there's nothing good on Youtube.
You can't stop the cycles no matter what type of crazy financial products you come up with. Things will always go boom then bust.
Should be an interesting week yet again! Nice for an August!
It would be financially irresponsible and perhaps unhealthy for you to trade like I do. This blog is for entertainment purposes only. I am a trader not an investor. I don't make recommendations. Thanks, have fun here.
